Refuse collection bespoke trolley
This customer approached Applied Trucks and Trolleys with the need to safely transport refuse. Having looked elsewhere for a trolley that would suit their needs and being unable to find one, the customer contacted us.
The trolley needed to keep the refuse dry during transit, as well as ensuring that it could be easily be moved on a variety of surfaces. Following our discussion with the customer about their requirements, we produced a trolley that was specifically designed to carry large containers. The design of the truck prevented the refuse from rolling or falling off of the trolley when being transported over uneven surfaces. It could also transport loads of up to 450kg, so it was well placed to transport the heavy load required.

For this trolley, our customer needed to safely move a propane cylinder, a design that we offer our customers as part of our standard range. However, the customer advised us that they wanted to handle the trolley in a more hands-on way.
To ensure that the propane cylinder could be moved with control and that the customer felt the trolley fit their requirements, we designed the bespoke trolley with a steering handle. This gave the customer an additional level of support while transporting the hazardous material and allowed them to use a trolley that was fit for purpose.

We were approached by a customer that needed one of our standard trolleys to be produced in their brand colour. Fortunately for them, we have an on-site powder coating facility, so we were able to provide the customer with exactly what they wanted.
After receiving the details of the specific colour from the customer, we powder coated our double open-ended trolley to suit their requirements.

We manufacture a selection of trolleys, all of which are sturdy, reliable and safe to use. However, this customer required a specific size and dimension that Applied Trucks and Trolleys didn’t provide within the standard range.
After discussing the dimensions with the customer, we produced a large bespoke trolley that fit the exact measurements they required. They were extremely happy with the outcome and were able to use the trolley to transport their particularly large and bulky items.
